First Visit To Cary Chiropractic Clinic

  • Step 1: Assessment: We will start your first visit at Chiropractic Pain & Injury Center by asking you questions to gather information about your present condition and health history. Before treating you, our doctor must first arrive at an accurate diagnosis. We will perform a thorough physical examination and determine if any imaging or lab tests, like MRI, CT scan, or X-ray may be needed. From these results, we can determine the exact cause of your problem, which will allow us to be able to recommend the best course of treatment for your condition.
  • Step 2: Results and Treatment Plan: Once a diagnosis has been determined, we will explain your condition to you and we will prescribe a treatment plan tailored to your exact situation. We will also review any risks and benefits of all procedures. This plan will include the type of treatment you will receive, the frequency of the treatment and cost of treatment. This care can range from weekly appointments to monthly sessions, though it depends on what you hope to gain from ongoing care. If a referral is necessary, we can make that referral to a medical specialist.
  • Step 3: Treatment Goals: The doctor will help you assess your overall health and discuss any goals you have. You may also receive advice on home care and lifestyle modifications, as well as exercise and nutrition instruction.
